Delivery

Where do you ship to?
At the moment we only ship nationally, to the mainland and the islands.

How long does delivery take?
Peninsula: 7-10 days
Islands:10-15 days

How much does it cost?
Peninsula: 3,50 ?.
Canary Islands: 4.50 (higher transport taxes)

Which company do you ship with?
We work with Correos Paquetería Estándard for shipments. 

How do I know where my order is?
We send you a tracking number so you can see where your package is at all times.

My order has not arrived within the delivery time, what should I do?
Write us an email at contact.jumptheline@gmail.com with your order number and the problem to be solved.

 

Returns

Do you accept returns?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving the product. Products whose profits are destined to fundraising campaigns cannot be returned.

Who pays for the return?
The customer must pay the cost of sending the return.

My order has a defect, what do I do?
Send us an e-mail to contact.jumptheline@gmail.com describing the problem and we will send you the product again.

 

Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept card payments and PayPal.

I give you to finalize payment but the page does not load What do I do?
It can be a problem with our website, let us know and we will fix it right away!

When I confirm the payment, I get a processing error message.
1. Make sure your card details and billing address are correct.
2. Contact your bank to confirm whether or not the payment has been made.

Do you give refunds?

We will refund your purchase if the return is completed within 14 days of reception of the product. Products whose profits are dedicated to fundraising campaigns will not be refunded.
